Martin Froehlich, SRA
Martin is a dynamic professional with a blend of expertise in engineering, finance, and real estate valuation. With an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in finance, Martin has dedicated his career to shaping real estate product design, appraiser education, and consumer knowledge in the real estate and tax valuation industries.
As an Electrical Engineer, Martin honed a deep technical and analytical skill set, focusing on problem-solving, system design, and innovation. This engineering background provided a strong foundation for approaching complex challenges.Transitioning into the world of finance, Martin has focused his career in leadership and training of new appraisers as well as educating consumers of valuation principles.
As a strong advocate for consumer education, Martin is passionate about empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to understand real estate taxes and valuations. Through workshops, seminars, and online platforms, he has worked to demystify complex valuation concepts, enabling consumers to make informed decisions about their property liabilities.

Todd Reveley, MS, ChE
Todd has pursued a professional career in economics and analytics for over 20 years, and has worked as a self-employed business economist for the past eight years. His work focuses primarily on valuations, socioeconomic and financial impacts for both public and private sector clients, his technical areas of expertise include applied microeconomics, financial analysis and taxation.
Prior to co-founding CRE Tax Advisors and Habitax, Todd worked as a business economist at a multi-national consulting firm and as an analyst and staff appraiser at a national real estate appraisal firm, working directly with investors and developers, conducting valuations and providing analytic support for real estate investments and public sector projects throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Todd is a former senior tax economist for the Montana Department of Revenue under the Brian Schweitzer administration, where he assisted in developing statistical models for property assessment, as well as drafting legislation for taxation. He sits on the Global Academy of Finance and Management’s Global Advisory Council.

Today, Andrea thrives in her role as a real estate appraiser, combining her analytical mindset with a love for problem-solving. Whether analyzing residential or commercial properties, she brings the same dedication and precision that once guided her work in the library.
